Doing a good job in protecting trade secrets is of great significance for developing new quality productivity, optimizing the business environment, stimulating enterprise vitality and creativity, and promoting innovative development of the stationery industry in Ningbo.On November 11, 2024, the Ningbo Stationery Industry Association (Zhejiang Province Trade Secret Protection Demonstration Guidance Station, Ningbo City Brand Guidance Service Station) held a group standard approval meeting for the "Stationery Enterprise Trade Secret Protection Specification" in the association conference room on the 14th floor of Fengting Building, Hefeng Creative Plaza.

Pan Lingna, Director of Price Competition Branch of Ningbo Market Supervision Administration, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Tang Xiaoheng, Director of the Price Competition Branch of the Municipal Supervision Bureau, Hu Yijun, Director of the Standards Research Center of Ningbo Standardization Research Institute, Yang Jianping, Professor of Materials Science and Technology College of Ningbo University of Engineering, Lv Jiamu, Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of Zhejiang Lawyers Association, and Qiu Guoyong, Senior Partner of Beijing Kangda (Ningbo) Law Firm, attended the meeting as evaluation experts. Representatives of drafting enterprises such as Deli Group, Guangbo Group, Beifa Group, Kangda Art Group, Tianhong Stationery, Xingwei Cutting Tools, Zhaosheng Stationery, etc. attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the evaluation team elected Hu Yijun as the leader of the evaluation team, listened to the report on the research and preparation of the group standard for the protection of commercial secrets of stationery enterprises, and reviewed the standard text and preparation instructions.

After questioning and discussion, the evaluation team believes that the group standard is based on the practical experience of trade secret protection in Ningbo stationery enterprises, with clear structure, rigorous logic, accurate expression, detailed and specific, and strong operability. It can meet the needs of trade secret protection in Ningbo stationery enterprises, and has a positive role in guiding and standardizing the management of trade secret protection in Ningbo stationery enterprises. It also provides reference for the management of trade secret protection in stationery enterprises nationwide. The expert group unanimously agreed that the standard has been approved and provided targeted modification suggestions for the improvement of the standard.

At the meeting, Pan Lingna emphasized that trade secrets, as an important component of a company's core competitiveness, have crucial significance for the survival and development of the enterprise. The approval of the group standard for the protection of trade secrets in stationery enterprises can help enterprises establish a scientific, standardized, and operable trade secret protection system. I hope that the Ningbo Stationery Industry Association can revise, improve, and implement the work according to expert review opinions, and promote the development of our city's trade secret protection work towards a more standardized and regulated direction.

Since 2018, under the guidance and support of government departments, the Ningbo Stationery Industry Association has organized the development and promotion of six group standards, including "Electric Eraser". The "Stationery Enterprise Trade Secret Protection Specification" group standard is the seventh group standard developed by the association and the first group standard in intellectual property protection.

Next, the association will revise the standards in a timely manner based on the review opinions of the standard approval committee and submit them to the Ningbo Market Supervision Administration for filing and publication. At the same time, as a provincial and municipal level guidance station for trade secret protection, the association will strengthen the promotion and dissemination of standards, promote the implementation of standards, and help enterprises achieve practical results in trade secret protection.
